Once your paper has been accepted, the registration process opens. To complete registration, you must follow the key steps below. Successfully registered papers will be published by the Hinweis Digital Library.

At least one author from each accepted paper must complete registration to ensure the paper is included in the official Proceedings and listed in the Technical Program. If an author has multiple accepted papers, separate registrations are required for each paper.

The classification of papers into LONG, FULL, and REGULAR categories is determined by the reviewers, following current international standards and evaluating the depth and scope of the paper’s content. Please note: once a category is assigned, it is final — no modifications or reclassifications will be permitted.

Camera Ready Paper (CRP) Submission

Authors preparing to submit their papers should use the provided HR template. Please note that final (camera-ready) papers must be submitted exclusively in MS WORD format — PDF submissions will not be accepted.

Please Note the Following:

• Paper Length Policy:
If your paper exceeds Eight pages, an additional fee of INR 500 or USD 20 will be charged per extra page.

• Multiple Papers:
Each paid registration covers only one paper. To submit an additional paper from the same first author, you may pay the Extra Paper Charge.

• What the Registration Fee Includes:
The registration fee covers both the presentation certificate and the publication of your paper in the Hinweis Digital Library.

• Pre-Registration Requirement:
It is mandatory that at least one author of each accepted paper completes registration in advance.

• Bank Charges:
Any service charges imposed by the bank must be covered by the sender.

• Refund Policy:
Please be aware that the registration fee is non-refundable if you are unable to attend the conference.
